The future of news. Newsreel is balanced, digestible and engaging political news for young people.  We’re a team of recent college grads looking to make news more accessible, efficient, less biased and easier to understand. It’s a tall task, and we need your help. We are hiring college ambassadors to help us keep growing. 

 

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with Newsreel’s mission

• Discuss strategy with management

• Help improve news products through conversations with management and student feedback

• Conduct campus outreach program to find out more about student news habits 

• Answer all questions pertaining to the brand and its products

• Record concerns and feedback from customers and staff

• Optional writing opportunities and networking advice

 

Qualifications

• A good team member and a passion for improving democracy

• Ability to think on your feet

• An outgoing personality and can-do attitude 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
